RSVP Trailblazers Share Their Talents at Arts and Humanities Day in Georgetown

You are here

One of our newest RSVP Trailblazers - Margaret Foote - sharing her love for the dulcimer with students of Southern Elementary, Georgetown. The beauty of RSVP Trailblazers volunteering is that you can share your passion with our students!

Quote from Southern Elementary:

"I just want to take a moment to say how much the staff and students appreciated the time you spent with us.  As our principal stated at our assembly later that day, how amazing it is to say that our students were in full fledge learning mode three days before school is to be out.  There has been so much positive feedback from both students and adults. What you do (and do so well) definitely makes a difference in the lives of children, especially those whose experience are limited.

We haven't had an A/H Day in a while but because of folks like you, I feel sure this will become an annual event."

Thank you RSVP Trailblazers: Margaret Foote, Cayrn Pate and Mike Shepherd!
