FREE TRANSPORTATION ACCESS

Transportation assistance for eligible non-emergency needs.

Ride United is a transportation assistance program operated by United Way of the Bluegrass through 211 in partnership with Lyft.

The program helps eligible adults overcome transportation barriers by connecting them with
FREE RIDES to employment, healthcare, education and training, food access, caregiving responsibilities, government services, and other essential needs. 

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

CALL 859-313-5465

Speak with a Navigator about your transportation needs.

STEP 2:

DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY

 A Navigator will review program requirements and available transportation options.

STEP 3:

SCHEDULE YOUR RIDE

Transportation is coordinated and scheduled through 211.
