Day of Action

TEACHER TOTES

There's still time to take part in the action from home! Join us by helping us build “teacher totes” for local educators!

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Organize a collection of donated items at your workplace, church or in your social group!

Make it a family event! Organize a group shopping trip, or visit our Amazon Wish List to shop online and ship items directly to United Way of the Bluegrass!

Donate online to support Days of Action. Your gift will directly support the 2021 Teacher Totes project.

Visit our Amazon Smile Wishlist and order items to be included - your donated items will ship directly to United Way!

All donations must be received by UWBG on or before July 31st. Contact Jenn (Jenn.Goble@uwbg.org) to arrange drop off or pick up of your donations.

During Days of Action, individuals and groups came together around solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives. Volunteers participated on June 17th-18th, 2021 across the Bluegrass and completed tasks like landscaping, general clean up, painting, organizing and more. Check out some of the past Days of Action volunteer efforts in this video.
